Ingredients
2 oz Sloop Betty
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
.5 oz honey
3 oz iced tea
Instructions
Shake w/ice and dump into large pint glass (don't strain into new ice)
Garnish with a lemon wedge on a skewer.

Ingredients
2 oz Sloop Betty
1 oz Cointreau
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Instructions
Shake n' strain.
Served up with a twist of lemon.
Ooh, La La
Ingredients
2 oz Sloop Betty
1.25 oz Godiva dark chocolate liqueur
.5 oz Kahlua
.75oz Bailey's Irish Cream
Instructions
Shake 'n strain
Served up with a chocolate covered cherry (use magic shell).

2.5 oz Bloody Mary mix
2-3 dashes Tabasco
Instructions
Combine in a collins glass and stir
Served with olives, lemon, and lime.

1 oz olive juice

1 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz lemon juice

Thanksgiving Caipiroska
Ingredients
2.5 oz Sloop Betty
.75 oz Canton ginger liqueur
2 tsp evaporated cane juice
12-15 muddled cranberries
1/2 lime cut caipirinha-style
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
Shake w/ice and transfer into highball glass with a splash of club soda.
Hot Lozenge
Ingredients
2 oz Sloop Betty
1.5 oz Barenjager
.75 oz lemon juice
3 dashes Jerry Thomas' bitters
6 oz boiling water
Instructions
Stir in a warm ceramic mug; garnish with fresh ground cinnamon and a clove-studded lemon twist.
White Christmas
Ingredients
2 oz Sloop Betty
1.5 oz Godiva White
.75 oz Rumple Minz
.75 oz half 'n half
2 dashes Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate bitters
Instructions
Shake w/ice and strain into a cocktail glass with a crushed candy cane rim (use simple syrup to help stick).
Yuletide Greeting
Ingredients
1.5 oz Sloop Betty
1 oz Green Mountain Maple liqueur
1 oz Orchard Pear liqueur
2 oz apple cider
1/4 oz lemon juice
Instructions
Combine in a collins glass over ice. Stir and garnish with fresh ground nutmeg.
